Be My Eyes Foundation is applying for recognition as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. If the IRS approves our application and recognizes our exemption, donations made now generally will be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. However, because our application has not yet been approved, donors do not currently have assurance that their contributions are tax-deductible.
