Be My Eyes Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 41-3676163). Our exemption is effective from the date of our founding, so all donations we have received are tax-deductible for U.S. federal income tax purposes to the extent permitted by law.
