Be My Eyes Foundation Accessibility Policy

Be My Eyes Foundation

Effective Date: July 1, 2026  ·  Website: www.bemyeyesfoundation.org

The Be My Eyes Foundation (the “Foundation”) exists to advance accessibility, independence, and full participation in society for people who are blind or have low vision. We bring that same commitment to our digital experiences, including our public websites and online resources.

Our commitment

We are committed to providing a website experience that is accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, alternative input devices, and keyboard-only navigation.

Scope

This policy applies to the Foundation’s public-facing web properties, including www.bemyeyesfoundation.org and all subdomains and subpages. It does not apply to third-party platforms that may be linked from the Foundation’s website.

Accessibility standards we aim to meet

We aim for our websites to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), which is the W3C’s internationally recognized standard for web accessibility.
